Simplicity 1062 + Pattern Review


Hello All!

This is Simplicity 1062! I was looking for a simple top to make that I could wear with jeans and this pattern is perfect.  This top only has four pieces, the front, back, arm band, and neck band. I have a fear of neck bands because every time I cut one, it is always too small. This time I added 2 inches and it fit perfectly. It took me less than an hour to sew this top from start to finish.


I paired this top with Boyfriend Jeans from Old Navy and white Stan Smith Adidas. Check out the pattern review below.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I like that this pattern is quick and easy to sew

  1. Looks easy peasy and comfy. Sounds like a winner to me. I have the opposite problem with necklines–I usually cut too big. lol
